Transforming Air Quality Today!
At Donald Duct & Steam Cleaning, we believe that a comfortable home starts with clean air. Recently, we had an opportunity to work on a project that perfectly illustrates our dedication to quality service and customer satisfaction.
The Challenge: Old and Inefficient Air Ducts
In early August, we received a call from Asher Lenga, who was concerned about their aging central A/C and heating system. With suspected leaks in the ductwork, Asher needed a thorough inspection to assess the situation. Upon arrival, our friendly staff quickly scheduled an appointment, understanding how crucial it is to deliver prompt service.
Our technician discovered severe leaks and mold caused by condensation in the ducts, which had been around for 40 to 50 years. The evidence was clear, and it was evident that a full replacement of the ductwork was necessary to restore air quality and system efficiency.
> “The installation crew was knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous. They wasted no time.” - Asher Lenga
Our Solution: Comprehensive Duct Replacement
After discussing the findings with Asher, we provided a competitive quote for replacing all the ductwork in the attic. With the green light given, our dedicated team immediately set to work.
Key Steps We Took:
1. Removal of Old Ducts: Our crew expertly removed all old metal ductwork, ensuring no damage occurred to the walls or structure.
2. High-Quality Materials: We pride ourselves on using top-grade materials, which was evident in the new duct system we installed.
3. Thorough Cleanup: Maintaining a clean work environment is a priority for us. We laid down drop cloths throughout the hallway to protect floors and cleaned up all debris from both the attic and the interior of the home once the installation was completed.
Asher was delighted with our team's efficiency and attention to detail, remarking on how careful we were while working in their home.
The Result: Improved Air Quality and Customer Satisfaction
Once the new ducts were installed and all old materials were removed, Asher could immediately notice the difference. With leaks eliminated, the A/C system now provided clean air throughout their home without any hindrance.
> “We are very happy with the service we experienced and our new, fresh A/C ducts carrying clean air throughout our house, now with no leaks!” - Asher Lenga

Transforming Homes with Duct Cleaning
At Donald Duct & Steam Cleaning, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service, especially when it comes to enhancing the comfort and cleanliness of our clients' homes. Recently, we had the pleasure of working with Beto Chayo, who was seeking a deeper clean for his bustling household filled with pets and family.
The Challenge
Beto, a busy homeowner living in Bellaire, TX, reached out to us to address several concerns. With three dogs and multiple adults and a baby living in the house, the carpets and upholstery had accumulated more than their fair share of dirt and pet hair. As Beto described, they needed a thorough deep cleaning to not only restore the look of their carpets but also to maintain a healthy living environment.
Our team was excited to take on the task, particularly because Beto had read glowing reviews about our services. He found us through our advertising on neighborhood carts and was impressed enough by our online presence to give us a chance.
Our Comprehensive Approach
Upon arriving at Beto's home, our technicians quickly set to work. We began with a free in-home inspection, assessing the condition of the air ducts, carpet, and upholstery. Beto chose our air duct and dryer vent cleaning services along with carpet and upholstery cleaning, which included his couch that had been decorated with "baby art."
The team utilized advanced cleaning equipment and eco-friendly products to ensure a thorough job without creating a harmful environment. Our process involved:
- Detailed Inspection: We examined all areas that required attention and explained the cleaning process and associated costs.
- Duct Cleaning: We focused on removing dust and debris from the air ducts to improve air quality and system efficiency.
- Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning: With appropriate techniques, we lifted embedded dirt, allergens, and pet dander from surfaces, restoring carpets to their original glory.
- Dryer Vent Cleaning: This critical step improved the safety and efficiency of Beto’s dryer by removing accumulated lint that could pose a fire hazard.
The Stunning Transformation
After the work was completed, the transformation was remarkable. Beto couldn't believe his eyes. He commented,
> “My house looks and smells cleaner than ever! The couch looks brand new, the carpets are so clean that I didn't even remember their initial color when I had them installed. My dryer vent had never been cleaned in the almost 6 years that we've been here, and now it’s running quieter and more efficiently.”
He also appreciated our team's professionalism and consideration for his family's routine, especially avoiding noise during his baby's nap and during his work video calls.
Conclusion
