we dialed up jake the plumbing pro early this morning as soon as they opened, and were promptly connected to a representative. we urgently needed the flush valve in our main bathroom replaced. their prompt response was, 'absolutely! what's the best time for you?' we didn't mind any time, given the situation. they proposed, 'how about 2 pm?' and we agreed. right on the dot at 2 pm, theodore was at our doorstep. and voila! in no time, he had our toilet up and running again. the service was unbeatable. need i say more?

While I'm adept at keeping the water clean and chemically balanced, I'm no expert on plumbing or pool equipment. Javier informed me there was nothing else to look into regarding leaks, which was unexpected, and he billed the full $300. To be honest, the visit seemed a bit expensive for what felt like a 10-minute job. If I could, I'd give it 3.5 stars because of the price, but I decided not to argue about it. It was a costly lesson for me, but I learned from it. In terms of value, it's really up to individual judgment. I understand that Javier is a professional and deserves to be compensated for his services, and as a small business owner myself, I respect that. However, for the amount of time it took and the return, I personally thought it was a bit steep. My rating primarily reflects the value I perceived from the visit in Dallas.
