Legacy Plumbing delivered more than what I could've expected! Matt was amazing and so nice and professional! The installation took way less time than I ever thought it would and Matt and his co-worker even took time to play with my 3 kids and our dog! Legacy Plumbing has a new customer for life! Another five-star review for this excellent company. I had Canon and Lance out today to repair some faucets. They were prompt, very courteous, and even kind to my dog and cat. They fixed what needed fixing with absolutely no attempt at an upsell or any "you need this too". While one of them went to buy parts, the other fixed my sink sprayer at no charge and gave practical advice about other plumbing work I am considering having done. The work was done quickly and well, and they were very careful not to leave a mess. They charged me less than they should have. Their focus was completely on making sure that I had the best possible experience and was completely satisfied.
I have never had such an easy, positive experience with a plumber. I will never use another company and I will recommend Legacy to everyone I know.

I was very pleased with my experience using Legacy Plumbing! Lee was prompt, called ahead of time, and was very polite. He quickly determined the necessary repair (broken hot water valve required new washer box), showed me the problem, and confirmed the estimate I'd been given over the phone.

He was very careful working around our brand new washer/dryer was and very neat in removing the newly painted drywall so it would an easier cosmetic repair.

Lee was very personable and professional. He even had me run the new washer to make sure all was well and it turned out the new fancy hoses we had bought had regulators which were causing a low pressure problem so he remedied that by changing them out.

Before he left, he did give me a brochure about their protection plan but there was no sales pitch. Actually, I'd been telling him about all the various water problems we'd had with failing pipes so I felt he was completely in line in telling me about their program. I would definitely call them for any future plumbing needs.

Legacy Plumbing made what could have been a horrible experience into a huge relief. Slab leak...This I believe is a home owner's nightmare, especially if you google slab leak repair... We have a home warranty policy and called to have a plumber come out and check. The warranty company pays a small portion of the repairs. The warranty company sent their contracted company and after an initial meeting with them, we were still unsure of how it was going to be repaired and the price quotes to repair were in par with what I had read on the internet... Extremely expensive! Even with the monetary assistance from the home warranty company. We were told some possible ways to repair to include tearing into multiple walls to reroute the hot water line. My wife and I were not too happy with the thought of having to make additional repairs once the plumbers were done. With the home warranty policy, we had the option to ask for cash out option and contract our own plumber. I told a friend of mine what the warranty plumbers estimated the cost of the repair to be. He told me to call Legacy Plumbing, they will give you a fair price and when they are done, it will be fixed right. So I called and after scheduling an appointment, I felt more relieved. Legacy Plumbing was able to fit me in a timely manner. Plumbers Wayne and Peter were on time, professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. They took time to explain everything to me, what my options were and allowed me to be a part of the entire process. After finding the exact spot of the problem using very high tech equipment, it was decided that the best and least invasive method was to drill through slab and correct the problem. A little note... the previous plumbers told me to do that would cost 6000 and my policy only pays 1000... Legacy's cost was nowhere near this cost. As a matter of fact their cost to drill through the slab was thousands cheaper than the other plumbing company's cheapest method, which was rerouting the pipe in the attic and tearing through walls which were estimated to cost 3400 to 4800. Legacy repaired the leaking pipe in roughly 3 hours, including repairing the slab with cement. Once the carpet was put back down the next day, the room looked as if they were never there. If you have plumbing issues, I highly recommend Legacy Plumbing. I will never call anyone else. Call them you won't be disappointed.
