Transforming Gardens with Irrigation

Transforming Gardens with Irrigation At Phoenix Landscape LLC, we pride ourselves on our commitment to enhancing outdoor spaces and delivering solutions that meet our clients' unique needs. Recently, we had the pleasure of working with Lance S., who reached out to us for our expertise in installing a drip irrigation system for the garden surrounding his home in Salem, OR. The Challenge: A Need for Efficient Irrigation Two years ago, Lance was on the lookout for a landscape company that specialized in irrigation systems, which many competitors didn't highlight. He needed a solution that would minimize disruption to his existing plants while efficiently delivering water to his garden. We understood the importance of such a system and the necessity of integrating it seamlessly into his landscape without extensive trenching or disruption. Our Approach: Precision and Expertise After an initial consultation, our team laid out a strategic plan for the installation of the drip irrigation system. We utilized smart routing techniques to ensure that trenching was kept to a minimum. This approach allowed us to set up the system efficiently while protecting Lance's existing plants from unnecessary harm. The installation process went smoothly and was executed with a keen eye on both functionality and aesthetics. Thanks to our dedication to quality workmanship, Lance received an irrigation system that not only complemented his garden but also operated reliably. The Outcome: Satisfaction and Reliability Lance was thrilled with the results, highlighting that the cost of the installation was very reasonable given the quality provided. He mentioned how our proactive approach helped to avoid issues during installation, resulting in minimal disruption. > "I can't say enough about how great it has been to do business with Earthborn. Especially in this time of supply chain and labor shortages, I just feel so fortunate that I picked them to do my irrigation system." – Lance S. This summer, when a minor issue arose with one zone of the system, Lance was impressed with our level of service. Ben, one of our skilled technicians who worked on the original installation, quickly addressed the leak caused by debris in the water line. Lance appreciated the prompt response and the modest bill, affirming our commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
