I have chronic back pain and both my boyfriend and I work crazy hours. Truth be told, we should have hired someone to come clean our apartment much sooner than we did and a deep clean was most definitely needed...

I searched google and yelp for a few days to find a company that had good reviews and reasonable prices. So glad we chose Planet Maids!

The online booking was super convenient. As a base price, you select the size of the home you want cleaned and then are able to choose any add-ons you want (ie. fridge cleaning, deep cleaning, baseboards, etc...). It's great, because the price is immediately calculated and there are no surprises.

Maria arrived a few minutes early and immediately got to work. She was extremely sweet and gave us an overview of what she would do with our stuff that was in the way. She thoroughly cleaned our table and then moved any clutter we had on top of our counters there so we could organize afterwards (we unfortunately didn't have time to clean all the clutter before she came).

She was extremely thorough and did a great job! Thanks so much Maria!!

This is actually my first time hiring out to have my apartment cleaned. The process of booking was very simple and the company confirmed my appointment through email and text. Berta showed up right on time and not only was she extremely friendly, but she did an absolutely fantastic job. I came back just before she finished up and she encouraged me to look through the rooms to make sure I was satisfied with how she cleaned and very satisfied I was. I will definitely be using Planet Maids again.

What a find! This is an company with exceptional customer service. From start to finish the level of professionalism was extremely high and the frequent communications by text, email and phone made the whole process easy to navigate. Rocio, the lovely lady who cleaned our apartment brought everything she needed with her and was efficient and hardworking with a great attitude and friendly service. Although only a few minutes late due to train issues, she made sure to both text and call ahead so that I knew when to expect her. The apartment, which needed a deep clean and extra services was spotless when she was done. I am definitely using Planet Maids regularly from now on and will be recommending them to everyone!

So thankful for Planet Maids amazing work! :)

My husband and I do not like to spend time cleaning...so our 2 bed/2 bath apartment was definitely overdue for top to bottom attention. We opted for Planet Maids after reading other reviews and seeing the very clear pricing via their website (we like that they didn't require a home visit to provide an estimate). I spoke to a customer service rep on the phone to answer a few of my questions and she also helped me book the service about 5 days later. We opted for a deep cleaning for the first service and will continue with monthly regular cleanings (which are discounted!). We are opting to be home to let the cleaner in (vs giving a key) and that was no problem at all.

Our assigned cleaner Patricia arrived within 5 minutes of our set start time and she came fully prepared with a smile on her face! We spoke with her briefly before heading out for brunch/errands and let her know we'd probably be back before she finished. With that, she cleaned our master bedroom & bathroom first so we didn't interrupt her when we returned.

The deep cleaning took about 5 hours and we are absolutely thrilled with the results. There is no way we could have accomplished the level of cleanliness ourselves. We are so excited to have found this company and really look forward to recurring visits going forward - there's no turning back now!

We appreciate the communication via text/email prior to and after the visit, and that we can add a tip to our transaction after the visit (though we gave Patricia the tip in person after checking her amazing work!). I've already made changes to our next appointment via logging into my account - so easy and convenient.
