Premier Solar was excellent in helping me design a system and work with my GC and electrician to time the install properly with the full remodel of my home. I've worked with solar companies in the past for my other homes and this was by far the best/easiest experience! Great Job!

Our solar panels have been up for a week and are working great. The process for getting them was smooth. Randy, the salesperson was knowledgeable, straightforward, honest, and responsive. The installation team came right on time, worked hard and creatively, communicated excellently with us during the two days they were working at the house. The process of getting from proposal to installation had some periods when it seemed nothing was happening. This seems inevitable in these times and not the fault of Premier. The only thing premier might have done is communicate even during the quiet times...just to say that things are still on track/here's whats going on. I would have appreciated that reassurance. When i gave feedback to Premier it was accepted gracefully. Overall we are super satsified and would recommend them based on our experience.

I had a solar system installed in 2016. I have been happy with the system for years.

Now I have a couple of issues;

(1) One of the micro-inverters may have failed, as the system still functions, but the reporting through the AP system no longer functions. Premier Solar informed me that the inverter is no longer manufactured, but may be in the future. Since then, I have been a ghosted by them. The short story is that the warranty isn't worth the paper it's written on. The inverter manufacturer refused to help, saying I need to go through the provider. I would even offer to pay them if they would return my calls/emails.

When I had a bullet go through one of the solar system panels, I found out the panels were no longer available. The provider had stayed in business in Washington till the incentives ran out, then they left the state. In essence, the 25-year output warranty is junk as well. Newer panels are larger and do not fit the space, and the amperage output is over the inverter's limits. I found a used panel and installed it. I understand bullets are not warranted. However, it highlighted the solar providers worthless 25-year output warranties.

I added on to my system but used a different company. I have no illusions about the warranty application of any solar installation. Maybe good for the first year or so, after that, good luck.

Very easy to work with. Panels had to come down for roof replacement. Premier coordinated with Peak Performance Roofing . Cost was quite reasonable. I would use them again if needed. Strongly recommend!

Premier Solar did amazing work for Community Roots. The work that the Premier Solar NW crew completed was efficient, clean and effective. This was our second solar installation with Premier. We have 44 units that are rented to people out of homelessness. Due to the solar installation and guidance from Premier, our 14 month average electricity costs the 44 units is less than $20 a month each! Thanks a bunch!
