Premier Solar did amazing work for Community Roots. The work that the Premier Solar NW crew completed was efficient, clean and effective. This was our second solar installation with Premier. We have 44 units that are rented to people out of homelessness. Due to the solar installation and guidance from Premier, our 14 month average electricity costs the 44 units is less than $20 a month each! Thanks a bunch!

Great experience working with this team. We appreciated the communication from the beginning and they presented options for our home. We had opportunities to ask questions to the engineers and worked closely with the electrician to run wires where we it was best for us. The crew was friendly and took care to leave things neat and tidy when they left. We are up and running and the panels looks great on our house.

We worked with Premier to explore options for getting solar panels on out house. Ultimately it did not work out--due to a transformer issue with PGE that put all the cost on us to upgrade the neighborhood. Nevertheless, Sean Flores and Bret with Premier were wonderful to work with. They made sure to communicate clearly about what was happening, why, and made sure we felt content with the outcome. We will work with them in the future if/when PGE manages to update their infrastructure.

I had a remodel in progress and during the work of bringing in more power to the house it was discovered the house had been illegally powered since 1977. We had to stop the remodel work and start the process of bringing in legal power.The electric company I hired didn't move the solar disconnect panel to the new meter's location and was about 150' away when the code only allowed 10'. I called the electric company and was told they did not work on solar equipment.In comes Premier Solar Northwest, and Reed Gray, my Knight in Shining Armor! From the moment I contacted Premier Solar Northwest they were extremely pleasant to talk with, understood the issue, and the urgency. Reed Gray came out to the house to look at the disconnect panel and get a better understanding of the issue and what was needed to solve the problem. I was told that his schedule was full for the next two weeks so was prepared to wait for the fix.That night I received a text that a quote was emailed to me and if I could sign it right away they could complete the work the next day! (I think I stopped breathing) I immediately signed the quote and Reed came out the next morning. He was fantastic! A complete 180 from my experience with the electric company I was working with. Reed explained all the details of locating the disconnect panel, what was needed to be done by the power company, how to turn on the power to the solar panels. (the solar was not reconnected to power 2 months earlier).Reed is very professional and his commitment to service is very apparent. When I work with any company, the most important qualities I look for is very good communication and a higher level of service. I found both of these qualities in Reed Gray and Premier Solar Northwest. I don't know who came up with the rating system of 5 *'s as I give Reed Gray and Premier Solar Northwest 10 *'s, hands down. I highly recommend them for any of your solar and electrical needs.
