Best experience with an A/C company I have ever had. They preformed my maintenance on my unit and it has been a night and day difference. I would highly recommend jumping on a maintenance plan with this business as soon as you can to prevent any issues! They seriously took the time and explained everything. I will ensure to use ProCure from now on. I had another company before that was cutting corners and trying to charge me for unnecessary things. Honest companies are hard to come by but when you find them, You Keep them!

Would recommend this company. Got same day service ( in the heat of Texas summer) to replace faulty thermostat. Serviceman had the parts and installed promptly. Fair pricing and good service .

David from ProCure came out yesterday and fixed my AC, which had been out for 5 days after another company (Ava's air conditioning and heating) fixed it once and then after it went out a second time AVAS told me I needed a new compressor and did not even bother to look at the unit on their second visit ($4700 plus tax for the compressor). So I called Procure to get a second opinion. David came out within an hour, quickly identified a bad capacitor and replaced it and just as soon as the new capacitor was in, I felt cold air coming out of the vents and our system has been working fine since the repair. I would highly recommend ProCure to anyone who needs quick and quality service. Update 8.04.2025: I ended up buying the ProCure maintenance plan for my upstairs and downstairs units. ProCure checks every aspect of your system twice a year. David came out today and I could not believe the amount of work he did as part of the maintenance plan. Checking both units in detail, sucking out our water pans, blowing out drain lines, checking airflow and coolant, cleaning debris off units and washing them both, and a lot more. My outside units are pretty old but now they look brand new. I was shocked when I saw how nice they looked! He even got rid of a wasp nest that my pest control guys were supposed to remove and tore down some vines to make sure there were no airflow obstructions. The maintenance plan is a really good deal for the number of items they cover and it's a great way to prevent unexpected repairs. David did an outstanding job for me again!

Our a/c stopped cooling in mid July and it can get HOT in July. My husband googled Lennox air conditioners and the first company that came up was XXXXXX. Hubby called and they said they could come out the next day to fix it. My husband told them to come on out; they showed next day and informed Hubby the problem was most likely the condenser and it would cost a lot so we should just buy another unit from them. Hubby told them the unit was just 5 years old and still under warranty. They left and said they would call Lennox to verify warranty and check price on condensers and send us a quote. Hubby and I discussed the fact that we had already checked the capacitor and condenser ourselves and they both worked. That afternoon I called ProCure Heating & Air after seeing their great reviews online and they sent out a team immediately. They checked the unit and confirmed both the capacitor and condenser was working and went up into the attic and found there was no coolant due to a leak in the coil. They went back to their office and ordered a coil from Lennox. Verified the unit was only 5 years old and part was under warranty. We were charged for labor and coolant only. Sarah called from the office to explain that Lennox was out of the part and it was on back order. It could be sometime in middle of August before it was received and there were a lot of customers waiting for that part. Sarah promised to check with Lennox every other day and let me know the status. Good to her word, she called or texted me every other day to give me updates. She was tenacious about calling Lennox to stress how much we needed this part. Lennox would tell her they understood and a lot of people were needing this part, so she would be called when the part came in for her order. She didn't cave; she continued to call them every other day and, finally, yesterday they called her back and told her a part had come in for another customer but they had not picked it up so she could have it for us. She immediately called me, and she was so happy for us. I thanked her over and over and told her she had been awesome. She told me she was doing her job. Really? I have NEVER had a company be so relentless in trying to get help for me. She went way above and beyond. This young lady made it her personal responsibility to make sure we didn't suffer any longer than necessary. ProCure came out early yesterday morning to install the new coil and coolant. I received a call from Sarah after the work had been complete to make sure everything was working fine. I also received a call later on from Kevin to also confirm we were happy with the repair and if our a/c was cooling. We were more than happy, we were ecstatic!!! I'm certain we would still be waiting on that part after the middle of August if we had used another heating and air condition company. In fact, had we used XXXXXX, we probably would have had to buy a new a/c unit. In all, we had called three companies that day. Pro-Cure was the best company we could have contacted. The first one was unethical and unreliable by trying to sell us a new a/c unit when we didn't need it, and they had not even determined what the actual problem was. The third company was called by us just on the off chance they would have the part in stock. I asked for a quote on what they would charge to replace the coil and coolant and they were a few hundred more than ProCure. I HIGHLY recommend this company. I want all my family and friends to have their phone number and call them when they need a/c or heating service. This company sets the gold standard, from the owner, the service team, and office personnel. Call them.....it will be your lucky day! Oh yeah.....one last thing. Sarah called to let me know the amount I owed was less than I was quoted. Who does that?!!!
