Technician Daniel Sicilia did a very fine job! He was very professional and took his time to explain my options and the benefits of each individual systems. The install crew were fantastic and very efficient. Office staff is also very helpful. Sarah was great at following up and making sure everything was fine with my equipment and helped me with finishing up my paperwork over the phone. I highly recommend these guys.

I would not recommend ProCure Heating and Air. My experience has been frustrating, costly, and disappointing. When my AC first stopped working, their technician (Daniel) said the issue was just a full drain pan. He vacuumed it out and left, without explaining why the pan had filled in the first place, whether from rain, a leak, or something else. In reality, it was the coil freezing and thawing. Instead of digging deeper, he told me the system was old and needed to be replaced as soon as possible. A few days later the same thing happened again. Same technician came over, same fix, same recommendation to replace the system. Trusting them, I went ahead and replaced the entire system. The new system worked for about a week. Then, after their QC visit, it failed again. Another technician came, spent hours, claimed it was fixed, but it wasn’t. The coil kept freezing, and I was left without AC in the Texas heat for three days. When I called for help over the weekend, they told me I’d have to wait until Monday. At that point, I brought in another HVAC company. Their technician diagnosed the problem in less than 10 minutes: the air filters were blocking airflow, which was causing the coil to freeze and the pan to overflow. He replaced the filters, adjusted the dampers and had the system working perfectly within an hour. The fact that ProCure overlooked such a basic issue, replaced my entire system unnecessarily, and left me without AC for days is unacceptable. I regret trusting their advice and their service.
