My in-laws AC went down so I called these guys and they came out and were great and said the motor was bad and set up a new one and replaced it. This unit supplied 2 areas or 2 zones. Well this "fix" worked a bit but was weird as it would blow sometimes etc so we called them back out. He said that he did not now it was a zone system and mis-wired it, but it is very visible that it was and he said he rewired it. So we hoped it would work and he checked it and said all is good and left. Well is worked for a day or so but once again was nothing like cooled before. So we called him back and he said the motor burned out again. He said it was water splashing on it. But there was no water as we were trying to use the heater as it was really cold. My in laws and us had to buy portable heaters to keep warm. So my in-laws called him back and said it stopped. He checked it out and said the motor burned out/stopped again. He said he has to get another motor but they are out and will have them in 30days. Well it started to warm up and my wifes parents have medical issues so I called to find out how long. He could not tell me just 30days. I was starting to get worried as it was heating up. I called and texted and emailed the office etc trying to get data but no answer just the order was in and waiting on the motor. It was now uncomfortably hot so my inlaws called another AC company and they came out and said the motor burned out and they will have to get another one. They said they could do it in a few days! So I called Theresa back at PT Maintenance and it went to voice mail
So I left a message asking for the motor supplier and order numer as I am a contractor and I was sure I could speed it up or see if they even ordered it. But they never called back! I emailed and texted them the same thing yet no call backs or reply. I tried many times and no answer. The email would go to an auto message showing they are out. The phone was never answer and go straight to voice mail! They would not pick up or give me the order number or supplier. The first email they said they couldn't give me the companyname or order number which maid no sense. So I kept calling, texting and emailing as it was very hot and we had to buy the small roller AC units to cool their and our areas as it was really hot.

So we already paid this company so we did not want to go with the other companies we called out as it was pricy. But now PT Maintenance guys totally ghosted us and it is too hot so we had to pay for another company to come fix it. They came right out said the t-stats were miss-wired with the zones and also the motor was burned out and why. They went and got another motor, fixed the wiring and found the underlying problem and fixed it!

It's been months as PT Maintenance has not called, texted or emailed me or my inlaws stating the motor is in or they are coming to fix it. So I feel they had no clue what to do and said "they ordered the motor but out of stock so 30 days" knowing it is getting hot and we will have to go with some other company. And they would never give me the company or order number as I'm pretty sure there never was one or a motor ordered!

So these guys may know basic AC stuff but in my eyes this was basic as its a house unit. So they had no clue what to do so just ghosted us after we paid them and they switched out 2 motors and fixed their mis-wire yet still did not fix anything.

So do not use these guys because they are "less expensive" that's what I did and it cost me more as I had to go with the more expensive company that knew what they were doing and had to pay for portable ac units while I waited for PT Maintenance to fix ours yet they never did and never called and stopped picking up my or my in-laws phone calls.

Not impressed and a huge waste of time and money.

Great company to work with, arrived at the time that they told me they would be. The Job was finished promptly. I recommend them to all my neighbors in my neighborhood. I know of multiple neighbors of mine that have used PT maintenance services and they all have been very satisfied with the work that they do. If I ever have an HVAC problem, there’s only one company I call.
