Okay these guys killed it. My water heater AND AC kicked the bucket in the same week and the guys at Radiant were able to come get both of them replaced in the span of 2 days.

Pete Ben-Simon took the call for the water heater and came out the next day and installed in just a couple of hours.

Dillon Revels came by the same day to assess the AC damage and then referred me to Cory Sinclair who was able to lay out the options we had for a replacement. My family doesn’t come from money at all so both of these happening at once is a NIGHTMARE for us financially. Cory was really mindful of that once I told him and did his best to find us a unit that was at a reasonable price.

The next day Nestor Lopez and his other coworker (who’s name i forgot unfortunately) dropped by the next day to install the AC unit.

Literally everyone I interacted with the entire time was great. Everyone was willing to explain the issues and walk me through understanding my options without trying to SELL me anything which I very much appreciated.

This is a really great team of people and I cannot recommend them enough!

I want to thank Trevor for a job well done! Trevor went above and beyond to help me with my water heater issue today. When I woke up this morning, there was water running all over my water heater and out to my garage. I didn’t know what to do. I called three plumbers and only Radiant answered my call and sent Trevor right away. He called me on his way to my home to let me know he was on the way. He even attempted to walk me through figuring out how to shut off the water to reduce more damage. Soon as Trevor arrived, he brought calmness to the situation. He made me feel at ease and figured out a solution to the problem. The expansion tank had burst and caused all the damage. He worked with me all day and reached out to a mitigation team to assess the damage. They worked with my insurance to get the claim going as Trevor worked diligently to get a temporary water heater installed for me until the new water heater can be installed after the water damage is repaired (could be two weeks). He assured before he left that my daughter and I would have hot water during this interim period. Thank you Radiant for sending Trevor. He truly was an angel sent.

Our 20 year old system gave out so I called at around 3 pm and I was able to get a tech to come out that evening to take a look. He gave us a very thorough understanding of what was going on and the option to fix it but we had already been looking at replacing it so we decided it was time to bite the bullet. They worked with us and were able to give us plenty of options for install and once we picked we had the installers out the very next morning and the installer Rene was just as easy to work with and informative. They made sure to take the time to show me how the new thermostat works and where and how to change out filters or get to the emergency shutoff.

Less than 24 hours for an entirely new system. Very happy with the work of this team!

Zak was literally the best plumber I’ve ever worked with. He was thorough, kind, and communicative. His bid came in less than competitors and he went above and beyond finding leaks that I didn’t even know existed. I would recommend him to any family member or friend with no hesitations. He’s also got a very calming energy and my rescue dog even mellowed a bit in his presence.

I called Radiant at 7:00 AM today as my AC stopped working yesterday. For context it was 83 degrees in my home last night, making it unbearable to sleep. They had their Repair Tech, Patrick S., come out by 1:00 PM to assess the issue.

Patrick not only arrived on time, he wore a mask and was super respectful of any COVID protocols. He assessed the issues and determined that my AC’s drain pain was filled with water, which ultimately tripped the switch shutting my air off. Had this not happened, it could’ve led to larger damage with ceiling leakage.

As a first time homeowner, Patrick took the time to explain to me what was happening with both the furnace and the outside AC unit. He was thorough and also spoke to me in Layman’s terms so I could fully comprehend what the issues were. He even drew pictures to help me understand what was actually happening within my unit. So helpful for visual learners!!

His attention to detail, friendly-demeanor and knowledge about the magnitude of the issue made me trust his expertise and credibility. He laid out high level what next steps would look like and helped me ensure another Specialist would be out today to get my systems replaced, rather than fixed.

In this time span, he was able to get my air briefly working (thank goodness, TX heat and open windows are not a good combo when you work from home!).

The entire Radiant team has been exceptional. Cory came out to go over pricing and help me lock in a time for the install team. A day later Carlos & Nazareth showed up right on time and worked the entire day to make sure everything was done right. They made sure to put covers down over my floors to not scratch anything. They were so kind and focused on getting everything installed with efficiency.

Additionally, I had a member from their Plumbing team come out, as I was having draining issues in my master bath. Alexis came out and helped me figure out which option made the most sense. We decided to have the mainline jetted since the home was older and there was likely backup in the pipes from previous owners. Alexis was knowledgeable, worked efficiently and was able to explain why the backup was happening. Thank you so much!

Have not used Radiant before so not sure what to expect. Scheduling the appointment was easy. I received text updates as to when Eric, the service person would show up. Even received a call for the office when he was 10 min's away. He was extremely courteous. Looked at the problem and gave me options on what it could be. The sink was plugged but kept filling from the air conditioning condensate. He was not sure how much work would be required and how extensive it might be but he gave a few estimates and also was honest to say if what he did would not work it might require more evasive work. I went for the best option without running new lines. He ran a camera and noticed a small plug after which it looked clear. He said I did not need to do the extensive cleaner I had picked as removing this plug should take care of it. The reduced the price quite a bit. That level of support and honesty is pretty amazing and has made me a future repeat customer... I would also go as far as recommend to others. Once really positive experience would result in many more. Great work Eric!
