Great experience from the start. After booking, Radiant stayed in contact with me via text every step of the way from the costs to the tech that would be over. Took time to call me and asked about any covid precautions I’d prefer and the ones they use.
Before my appointment, they let me know “Grant” would be my tech, sent a photo of him, a thorough bio or his experience and what he does in his off time. They very much humanized him and he was a great guy plus very knowledgeable.
He looked over the AC unit, asked tons of questions, then gave his evaluation and cost breakdown with options. We choose what we wanted, he was able to do the work right that day and was done. Super impressed with Grant. Radiant- if you’re reading this, probably should give him a raise to hold onto him. He could easily be transitioned to a different industry and with his character and work ethic, he will be successful.
Thank you for sending him, the work performed and an overall great experience.

I took the day off so I could be there when Radiant came. I got a text at 7:23AM saying my technician was on his way to my house. At 8:50 I texted back for an ETA. He arrived at 9:15 saying he was in traffic. That's just the beginning. My service request was for replacing the outside faucet along with the cut off value and possibly the back flow to the irrigation on the Southside of my house. He quickly gave me an estimate of $1,800. I told him I couldn't do that much. He said he would go out and get me a firm quote. He went out to his truck which was parked in my driveway. After 55 minutes he comes to my door to present the quote. The quote was $1,378. He said he wouldn't charge me travel time it took to go get the parts, but don't tell anybody. He went out to his truck and sat there another 25 minutes before he left. It took him 40 minutes to get the parts which by the way I had sent a picture of the faucet set up when I made the appointment.... When he returned back to the house he again set in my driveway for about 20 minutes which was ~12PM. I watched him take the backflow off and then left to run an errand which took me 30 minutes. When I arrived back he was done (12:30PM). We settled up and he went back to his truck and believe it or not set in my driveway until 1:34PM which was creeping me out. Then I got the invoice via email. There were 3 along with a picture. The invoice didn't tell me anything. I was expecting a breakdown of charges. I called Radiant and asked for an itemization and they said they would send it to me. This is what they sent me:
"We invoice under what is called a lump sum contract. This means that each task is priced with materials, labor, warranty, and any other cost affiliated with your work rolled in to one task. This exempts our residential customers from having to pay sales tax on their repairs and allows us to make sure no customer is paying more for the same repair as the next. Since we price under this lump sum contract and these tasks are predetermined, it's not possible to give a specific price for each element of the task. The information we provided you is all the information we have available. Let us know if there's anything else we can assist you with and have a great day!"
I really wanted to know if I paid for the technician while he was in traffic from 7:23 to 9:15 and while he sat in my driveway which was most of the time he was here. Also, I looked up the parts used on Home Depot and they were less than $75. The whole job took him 35 minutes.
I just want those out there thinking of calling Radiant that they are fleecing the customers to pay for those stupid commercials! Be wise and save your money! They are wolves in lambs clothing!
One thing I forgot. I had to swear on a text sent the day before that I do not have any COVID symptoms or been exposed to someone with COVID. The technician never wore a mask the whole time he was on my property!

We called Radiant to help with sluggish flushing toilets, thinking we had an easy fix on our hands - some pipe cleaning and flushing, maybe some water pressure adjustments, and done!
Fast forward through several rounds of ordering parts for a "no-name" toilet that had been "uniquely" installed by the previous homeowner, multiple iterations of test runs to troubleshoot, and hours of labor both inside and outside to resolve the issue, and we've finally come to some level of resolution.
The Radiant team and our service technicians - Alexis and Talmage - have been incredible. Professional, thorough, polite, patient, and above all, dedicated to ensuring that the problem was resolved correctly. We'd recommend the Radiant team anytime and greatly appreciate the staff's professionalism, knowledge and incredible customer service.

Lucas was awesome! He was very knowledgeable and walked us through the issues and possible solutions. He also gave us a plan showing various levels of repairs and maintenance needed, including prices, so that we could determine the best fit for our needs. Highly recommend!

Working with Radiant was a positive experience from beginning to end. Both the scheduler and the technician were friendly, informative, and helpful. They clearly explained the entire process - from scheduling, to arrival, to the scope and cost of repairs, to the warranty. I received text messages and phone calls to keep me apprised of the technician's arrival time so that I was able to plan my day accordingly. Anthony arrived within the stated time, listened to my concerns, diagnosed the problem and provided an estimate quickly. He worked efficiently and neatly and then took the time again to thoroughly explain what he had accomplished. I would definitely call Radiant again in the future.
