Working with Radiant was a positive experience from beginning to end. Both the scheduler and the technician were friendly, informative, and helpful. They clearly explained the entire process - from scheduling, to arrival, to the scope and cost of repairs, to the warranty. I received text messages and phone calls to keep me apprised of the technician's arrival time so that I was able to plan my day accordingly. Anthony arrived within the stated time, listened to my concerns, diagnosed the problem and provided an estimate quickly. He worked efficiently and neatly and then took the time again to thoroughly explain what he had accomplished. I would definitely call Radiant again in the future.

I donāt know if anyone has ever dealt with a home warranty company trying to get a big job taken care of, but it can be frustrating to say the least. So, as I was going into my 3rd week without AC in July I reached out to Radiant after having more than one disappointing encounter with companies sent by my home warranty company.
From the moment their team stepped in to do my assessment they met my expectations, but then continued to exceed them. Bryan A. did a very thorough review of the system and was able to explain what was going on w my AC unit using terms I would be able to understand. I work in the medical profession and he used analogies relating to how the body works, I was pretty impressed.
Eric H. Was my specialist who reviewed the cost of repairs, the process to expect, and again reassessed the system. He took his time, again explained everything to me with multiple plans on how things could get done. He even offered to contact my home warranty company on my behalf and actually followed through!
The installers Jordan C. and Jonathan V. Showed up right at 8am ready to work. They were respectful and easy to work with reassuring me that my concerns about the line that I was told would need to be replace was in fact working well, and they spent extra time making sure there were no problems. They also assured me that the handy man that would be sent out to fix the dry wall would do an excellent job.
Josh F. was the handy man that was sent out to repair my dry wall, he was exceptional! He even patched this dime sized spot on my wall he noticed. You really cannot tell any work was done to repair the unit. The paint matches perfectly, thereās no sinking into the wall. What really impressed me was the fact that I had questions about my AC unit, the filters and maintenance. He could have just told me he doesnāt work on that part, instead he called his office and manager to make sure that we were all on the same page about the AC. After dealing with some customer service people recently, that was completely unexpected that he would go out of his way to ask questions about something he doesnāt even install. As he put it, āit just made him question if it was rightā so he asked for me and got the answers I needed.
They were also all just easy to talk to and made me happy that I was able to choose a local company, that despite their silly commercials I have no regrets. Turns out one of my friends had used them and also agreed that I had made a good decision.
I want to make sure to compliment the person that handled all of my calls as well, I should have taken her name, but she way always so efficient and helpful.
Of course with their warranty I will get to have more interactions with them as they do maintenance, but Iām looking forward to it and i am sure this level of service is consistent.

Radiant was very responsive when our AC unit stopped working. Lucas was on time, very professional and outlined exactly what had happened to the ac unit and provided several different options to get us up and running again. It was a great experience and Iāve also signed up for their service and will definitely call them again and recommend.
