Radiant was responsive when I contacted them after regular business hours. AJ did a great job and worked hard to fix the leak in my water main.

My A/C (outside unit) went out this morning.(06-14-24) I called Radiant about 1020 and was able to get a tech out today. He (Shiloh) arrived a couple of hours later and was VERY professional and knowledgeable in all things dealing with my particular unit. My brother had used Radiant in the past and recommended them to me. I will 100% recommend them to anyone needing any of their services!

Update - 071124 - If you need anything A/C work, I can’t recommend Radiant enough! Since my initial experience with Radiant, Ive had my unit completely replaced (Fernando and John Paul were AWESOME!) and since the old unit was built into the wall, they had to cut some of my drywall/sheetrock. But that was not an issue as they advised they had a craftsman on staff who would come back to replace said drywall/sheetrock. Alex did such an amazing job on the work that you cannot tell there was ever any of the wall missing! And just today, Blake and Stefan came to bring me a new A/C filter…they, too, were amazing! Very professional and knowledgeable and answered my questions thoroughly! I am 100% happy with each experience I’ve had with Radiant. I am also very happy with all the contacts I’ve had with their office staff, whether it was via phone, email or text they, too, have been simply awesome to work with! Call Radiant so the you A/C and Plumbing needs! You will NOT be disappointed with the service!!!

Update - 011826 - This issue was for my water heater. Steve just left and he was 100% professional (as all techs I’ve had before have been). I have never had a bad experience with Radiant. I STILL highly recommend this company 10/10

Update - 011926 - Paul G just left after installing (and bringing my 40 year old “setup” up to current code) a new water heater. Now I have HOT water! Yay!! I also had him replace a bathtub faucet setup. I am, as with every other interaction with a Radiant employee, whether in person or via phone/text, 100% pleased with the whole process!
