Had Radiant come out for our AC and we got charged an extra fee which they never ran by us only to tell us all these things that were wrong and that we should replace the entire system for like $15K. We had a second opinion and he said most of the things Radiant said were not correct and he fixed our AC within 10 minutes. It felt like Radiant was trying to get us to spend all this money and not actually being honest. Also way overpriced for everything they did quote. Overall glad we got a second opinion.

I contacted them being a current member last week in July with my A/C not working Tuesday evening. Said it was an emergency with a 8 month pregnant partner and a one year old in our home with the Texas summer heat. Said by operator would have someone out first thing in the morning. Next day had constant delays in appointment time due to being caught up at other apparently more important jobs. Finally tech got there at 5 only to say coils were frozen in handler and needed to dethaw overnight. Said though given our situation would let dispatch know to have us scheduled first thing in the morning to make the repair. Called next morning to confirm and operator said no notes were made but we'd be there at 5 again. Asked to speak to manager and to get us in sooner, said manager would call back that day but was unavailable, you know typical back customer support line. But would move us up to 2 instead of 5 given our circumstances. Never got a call from manager that day and later in the day was told delays at other jobs again. So called again and said cancel it and immediately had another AC local company make it out in under an hour an fix it. Called again and told them to cancel my membership and still though wanted to hear from a manager. Said membership was cancelled. Didn't finally get a call after that till a week later from manager while at work. Tried calling back in same hour afterwards didn't pick up then manager finally called back later this week again while at work. Basically playing phone tag. Called again today and wanted to confirm membership was cancelled cause with everything else had a weird suspicion since I never got that emailed receipt it hadn't. Turns out they never did it, was just told today they did but only a supervisor could email a receipt which is weird. So hopefully this time they did. Could not stress how much this company sucks at every turn. Don't know how they have this massive high review amount on Google either. Will never use again and share with everyone to run that mentions trying them out.

Radiant Air Conditioning — More Like Radio Silence
We spent nearly $20,000 on a brand-new HVAC system from Radiant, and all we got in return was a unit that failed one month after the first year—and an absolute customer service nightmare ever since.
When the fan failed, I called immediately. Three hours later, someone finally came out—not to fix it, just to look at it. Okay, fine. People are busy. I get it. But now I’m on day four in 100°+ Texas heat with 90% humidity, and still no air, no resolution, no urgency, and no communication—except for one technician (Jordan?) who dropped vague info and disappeared like everyone else.
I’ve called over six times. Each time, I’m met with “I can’t help you”, “I can’t transfer you”, and “You can’t speak to a manager.” Excuse me? After dropping twenty grand, you’re telling me I’m not even allowed to escalate the issue?
I was sold a 10-year warranty, but apparently, that’s only honored on Radiant’s timeline. I’m told the part (the failed fan) is covered—but no one will confirm if labor is. (If I am on the hook for labor) Why am I even being asked to pay for labor when Radiant installed the faulty equipment in the first place?
And that’s the kicker—if Radiant had tested the fan before the install, they might have caught the defect. But no. They installed it broken, left me to deal with the fallout, and now act like I should be grateful that someone “might get back to me eventually.”
The apologies I’ve received are empty. The promises from my salesperson are worthless. And in the meantime, my home is a sauna, my family is suffering, and Radiant is shrugging off responsibility like it’s not their problem.
If you’re considering Radiant, run—don’t walk—in the opposite direction. You’re better off with a swamp cooler and a box fan than trusting this company with your comfort, your money, or your time.
Do better, Radiant. Or stop pretending you’re in the business of service

Showed up on time. Fixed the problems. Christopher was both knowledgeable and personable. Plus he gave the dogs a treat. By the way the price was quite fair. I've already forgotten the old ac guy's name.

Nathan came to replace the two fill valves in our master and guest bathrooms. He was awesome and filled me in on everything that was going on with both of our toilets. 10/10, highly recommend.

Give anyone else a chance before Radiant.
The long and short of it is they tried to charge me over $1700, more than $500 an hour, just to fail to find an already located leak.
I could not believe it when the tech came down and started asking for up to $1700 more, for what should have been a quick $300 job.
It was a 1% drop in pressure in a ventilated area, it didn't even pop up on Atmos's energy's detector, they found it with water and soap bubbles.
The tech ran away when I said no to more money and I was within minutes texted, emailed, and later called about payment.
I knew working in the attic myself was a bad idea, I'm a disabled veteran with a bad back, but I grew up doing this kind of work, I spent summers doing service work, and one just cutting, threading and laying black pipe.
It took me half an hour to fix the leak, what really took my time was the two days in bed because I threw my back out.
I don't know what I said to them on the phone when I was loaded up on pain meds, but it sure hasn't stopped the incessant texts, emails, and calls about payment for a job that they contributed in no way to completing.
