My old water heater decided it had enough and checked out to water heater heaven!

So this morning I had brownish, murky water coming out of my kitchen facet. I was thoroughly afraid because I filter the water through a Brita Filter and drink the water everyday. I did not have the time to call a plumber because I had work. I noticed the water looked ok after running the facet.

We called them because our shower and toilets were backed up. He came by the night of the problem to diagnose the problem. Early the next morning he came back and got the water flowing to the point that we could at least use the toilets and showers again. But because he wasn't satisfied that the problem was 100% fixed, he refused to accept payment . Can you believe it! He explained that we needed to get an outside clean out access point to really address the fundamental problem at our old 1930's house. I was reluctant to get this done at first and he was not pushy about it at all. I could have walked away at that point having had a free 2 hour rooter service. I took a day to do some research on the necessity of this and also the pricing quote and decided to go ahead it it. The price was very reasonable compared to other quotes I found online in my area.

He scheduled the installation for the next day and brought along Juan, who did an excellent, courteous job installing an outdoor access point that is inconspicous and did not mess up our flower beds. All along the way, Mick was available to explain what was going on with our house and how to maintain the pipes so they don't clog in the future.

I am very satisfied with the level of service we got from Mick and his team. He will do the job right at a reasonable price and will treat you and your family with courtesy all along the way.

Mick and his team are serious about customer service. We hired them to re-install plumbing following a kitchen remodel, and they quoted a price lower than 3 competitors and even committed to working over the weekend to get us desperately needed running water. The copper line to the refrigerator was good quality (some go cheap and install the plastic line), and they problem-solved a tricky dishwasher electrical hookup that we did not anticipate in the scope of the estimate (though Mick stuck to the agreed upon price). We later discovered a problem with the garbage disposal installation, and Mick wasted no time arranging to come and fix something entirely different to make up for the inconvenience. This company will give it to you straight (with a 5-year warranty against leaks to boot!) and will not disappoint you if anything goes awry. I recommend them highly. You will get the feeling right off the bat that they are an honest and hardworking family-run business that has old school ethics and standards.
