Bigger job then we anticipated but the guys were persistent and got our plumbing issues taken care of!

Mick and his crew have a customer for life - I didn't think this kind of customer service was possible. I called him after reading the other yelp reviews - we had a leak near the meter and needed to replace the pipe from the street to the house. The job involved digging through our lawn and laying down the new pipe. Mick gave me a very fair price and was super clear and communicative about everything they would do. Apparently Mick's father started the business and set very high standards for how they treat the customers...and Mick and his brother are carrying on that tradition. When they left, I could barely see the trench in the grass - they were very careful to preserve the portions they had dug up and they put them right back where they were. They were very clean, even though it was an outdoor job - they hosed down the area they had worked in, and coiled up an extension cord I had run out to them from the house. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. I also want to say that Juan was a pleasure to talk to - super helpful and informative about what they were doing as they were doing it. Thanks guys!

I had to call Mick out again at the end of January and he really helped me out in a bind. I got a call from a tenant right as I was about to board a plane about a clogged toilet that could not wait until I got back in town (that night) to take care of. So minutes before I had to turn off my cell phone, I made a frantic call to Mick and he assured me he'd take care of it. I didn't even have my credit card handy because everything was stowed away in the overhead compartment already, but made a one time exception and operated on old fashioned trust. 6 hours after landing back in L.A., I called the tenant and found out that everything was taken care of. I waited a week for my bill to arrive, and when it did not, I called Mick and he told me not to worry about it since it was such a small job. Honestly, who does that anymore? If that doesn't tell you about the integrity of this guy and his business, I don't know what does. Regardless of what he says though, I'm still mailing out a check!

If there were more stars I would definitely check those too. I was looking for a plumber and decided to check out yelp. Right price plumbers had gotten good reviews so I gave them a call. Mick came out to the house the next day and figured out what was wrong with my running toilet and shower in a matter of 2 minutes. No run arounds or beating around the bushes. Super friendly, honest and very professional. He worked with me to find to right faucet that needed to be replaced as well. He never hesitated to come back since I had originally purchased the incorrect piece. I definitely would recommend this company hands down and will call them for future plumbing needs. Customer service is very important and mick did a great job with that. Thank you!

I don't really write too many reviews unless I get excellent service or terrible service. Well, after 20 years my water tank decided it was time to go. Given we have 3 kids and a dog, we needed a plumber ASAP and replaced it with either a traditional water tank heater or tankless water heater. Now, calling and getting an honest plumber or electrician is a real gamble. I didn't want to call 5 different plumbers and get an estimate, so I based my decision on Yelp reviews. I happened upon Right Price Rooter and they told me they can stop by in an hour. Within the allotted time, Mick came over and gave me a detailed review of my options. I had thought about getting a tankless water heater, but was hesitant based on the price. Mick explained to me the pros and cons of a tankless water heater and also told me that I had a 3/4" pipes which was perfect for tankless. He told me he would send me an estimate that night and said he could replace my tank the next day.

After deciding to go with Mick and given he is a great golfer, I felt comfortable working with Mick. The next morning he came by at 8:30am and started to work on the job. In fact, he got a great price on the water heater and it was much cheaper than what I saw on Amazon for the same model. Mick even gave me the invoice. It took Mick and his workers over 8 hours to install one water heater which means he made sure everything was perfect. Now, the night before, I had done some research on tankless water heaters and it is important that the vents cannot be stainless or any metal. Mick took care of the vents and made sure it was not metal. The piping and all the work was excellent. We tested our heater and it works perfectly and now I don't have to worry about running out of hot water.

I will use Mick for all my plumbing needs and if I could give him 10 stars on this review I would. He was honest, bought me lunch, gave me a great price, and the work was top notch. He even texted me the next day to make sure everything was still working. I will recommend Mick to anyone looking for a real honest plumber.
