Jeremy was very informative. He answered all our questions and didn't make us feel rushed.. He spoke to us with respect and that is a big plus for this young man. They rewired our whole home and then some all within one day. No games played. Everything was done exactly as he said it would be and even faster. The best part of working with this company is that every time they were going to start a new job, they would call to let us know what they were going to do and how they were going to do it. Southwest plumbing has Very good communication..

Audie and Daniel were exceptional - timely, considerate, and adept. Audie has been out to our house several times and each visit heās a pleasure to talk with. They cleaned up well.

I had a new electrical panel installed at my house. The 3 technicians did a great job and were very personable. Francisco M, Thomas K and Josh R. Thank you for doing a great job!!!

We had to have our main line replaced. Southwest was quick and explained the work. Kris was the foreman and we love him. Mike and Halen did most of the work. When they ran into issues they quickly came up with options and got our water reconnected. Halen was really great at making sure everything was put back correctly, was clean, and that I understood how the new valves worked. Mike was also focused on making sure I had all the knowledge without mansplaining.

We developed a "surprise" leak issue at our water meter shortly after my husband left for a week being away from home. Normally, he would have fixed the problem if here. As the city turned our meter off and I had a tub of wet towels that hadn't made it thru their cycle completely when this abruptly occurred without any warning, I needed someone here quickly to take a look and give me an estimate. I called a couple companies, but Southwest could get here that same day. The estimate for repair seemed aggressively high at $3, 100 + for a 6 hour (part of that, maybe an hour, was waiting for the parts to arrive on a different repair truck from Renton), but then I am not used to paying for ANY plumbing issues. We have never had any problems until this week! I had called a couple other companies that didn't have anyone available til that next day even for a look. John gave me the estimate and tried to sell me on other items that I did not want to the tune of $18,000+. By the way, my garage water heater is NOT slightly leaking gas any longer. Tightening that connection nut at the control module and allowing the air to dissipate did the trick! John told me he could not begin the water meter issue until that next morning and gave me a timeframe for arrival. Southwest does keep a customer email advised with photos of who will arrive and what time. That is a GREAT feature. Gerardo was dispatched that next, very hot almost 90 degree day and began the repair on time. He is a very nice individual and conscientious about the job he was performing. I advised him where the underground utilities ran from the street so he wouldn't have any personal safety issues with high voltage underground, etc. Possibly calling locate for your workers in some cases before digging would be a good idea, but I knew where they were since we physically built this house years ago. I would request Gerardo again if I ever have another issue!! He was exceptional!! Thanks for getting my water back on so I could get my wet towels re-washed, get some drinking water, and TAKE a shower. YAY Gerardo!!!! You are a gem and an asset to Southwest.....
addendum....However I do believe we were vastly overcharged for this fix that maybe had $70 or less worth of repair parts from McLendon's, Home Depot, or Lowes. I was in a bind this time, but next time I will be prepared and get a couple bids before proceeding.
