Demarkus was timely and took the time to explain all the issues I was facing. I was able to make an informed decision about what needed to be completed.

The service we received from Streamline Plumbing was outstanding. The service provider, William Kaniho was among the best. He explained the different options that we had and did not pressure us into doing more than we needed. Not only that, he was personable, polite and knowledgeable. We would highly recommend Streamline services to others.

Josh was extremely knowledgeable and personable during our visit. Extremely detailed in explaining a foreign and extremely important issue for a customer. This really goes a long way in building trust and foresting a new business relationship, during a very urgent matter. Was appreciated this experience and look forward to maintaining this very important business relationship, as we have many other issues to resolve in the future. Thank you Josh, we would prefer if you were the one to handle our plumbing issues moving forward.
Respectfully,
Warren

I have been a Streamline customer for over 4 years now. I originally signed up because when I first moved into my "new" house I needed a lot of help with maintaining its mechanical systems. As time progressed, and I replaced majority of the aged out systems, I continued with the subscription because, well, "you never know"...
Lucky I did. I started having issues with hot water. I replaced the regular with an instant-on gas unit. couple months ago I went through a lengthy "backwash" procedure using vinegar solution. I thought, maybe something got messed up.. Called Streamline to help assess.
Their technician noticed right away that the overpressue expansion tank was bad. The membrane inside broke due to age (it was +30 years old). Second, he noticed that the static water pressure was way too high. (I'm not going to say how high, but scarry high) and suggested the entire house pressure regulator might be faulty...
He gave me a quote to get it remedid right away, but because I am a D-I-Y'er (and a stubborn one to boot) I decided that I will tackle it. I did. As I took it all apart, I found a short pipe (they call it a "nipple") that was so corroded on the inside that I don't know how the hot water was going through.. I did not replace the pressure regulator.
Everything worked, but the hot water pressure was abysmal.
I called again, and a second technician arrived next day. He looked over my work and found it up to snuff. We talked through all that transpired. He gave me more hints. The best was that when I took the systems apart and turned the main valve off/on again, debris inside the pipe may have dislodged, and I should check each faucet's screen. Boy was he right!
Bottom line is this - Streamline did not charge me for either visit (because I have the monthly plan). Either technician could had taken advantage of the situation and proceed with very expensive repairs, but they did not, they gave me the advice I sought and hints on how to do things right. They volunteered to come back to look things over if I wanted them to. NO oversealing, NO scare tactics, NO innuendos, just straight honest evaluations and answers.
I will never cancel my service contract with them, never!

Kenley came out today to look at our electrical issues. We were worried about having a hazard in our house. He came out, told us what the issues were and assured us that it wasn’t a fire hazard but that we should repair the issue as soon as we could. I really appreciate his honesty, thorough inspection, and help. We will definitely be calling him back when we are ready for the repairs.

The Good News: The plumber they sent was experienced, efficient, and polite. The Bad News: The office unfairly charged a $189 "after-hours fee." We had called on Sunday to see if a plumber could come out during normal business hours on Monday. They said yes. I spoke to the office multiple times on Monday to check on the arrival time of the plumber. Each time, they said they were working on it. At 3:47 PM, the office contacted us and said they may not be able to get a plumber out during normal business hours. They said they would keep us updated. A few minutes after 4 PM, they said a plumber was now available, as long as we pay the added "after-hours fee" of $189. Quite convenient that a plumber became available just a few minutes after standard hours.
