We had an older roof that sustained some damage from recent storms. We knew we were in need of a roof, and hoping that it was something could file as an insurance claim. We contacted Summit Roofing and they were ready to have someone out that same day! Brad was prompt and probably one of the friendliest people we're ever met in dealing with home repairs! He immediately took charge of the project and we filed the insurance claim the next day. Within 48 hours of our first meeting, we had our installation date scheduled for less than 3 weeks later. He came back to do the paperwork, and took the time to sit down on our porch and thoroughly explain every single detail. He was even happy to help coordinate someone to replace our old gutters! The demolition and installation of our new roof was completed in less than a day, and the crew took the care to cover our property and driveway with a giant net to keep it clean, and catch any nails. When Brad came back for the follow up inspection, he was running behind and took the time to come out and meet us in the evening, and was so thorough! I HIGHLY recommend Summit Roofing, we were so overwhelmed with where to start and they made the process SO easy, and absolutely painless!!

Before settling with Summit, I had three inspections done and they came back with the most fair and honest pricing and explained the whole process to me. As this was my first roofing project, I felt taken care of and Summit made sure I knew what was happening through the whole process. HIGHLY recommend. My roof is beautiful. The absolute best roofing experience one could have. First, I called them because storm chasers in my neighborhood gave me a quote of 25 thousand for a new roof. I knew it was a high quote so I called my insurance agent for suggestions. In comes Summit Roofing company. If your own insurance agent vouches for them its usually a good bet. They fought with my insurance company because as usual they said the damage was not that bad. They resubmitted my claim and 2 months later my claim was accepted. Summit allowed me to initially pay the deductible and pay the balance when the job was complete. As a company they did not have to do that. My New roof looks presidential look at the pictures below. We had a sad basic roof before which is now upgraded with architectural shingles and looks amazing. Our entire neighborhood suffered pretty severe hail damage in 2019. After multiple inspections claiming we had no damage, I'd given up on the idea of getting my insurance company to cover a new roof. Summit Roofing & Construction was re-doing our neighbor's roof and they asked if they could take a look at ours. I told them not to get their hopes up and shared my story about the other inspections not working out. They went up there anyway, found and marked a bunch of damage, took photos, contacted my insurer with the evidence, and even made sure they were here when the claims adjuster came for a follow-up inspection. I was so impressed with the level of service and care. My new roof is now installed, looks BEAUTIFUL, and they even painted the hardware on my roof to match the new shingles. Walking around my property after the work was done, I only found one -- ONE -- single, tiny piece of roofing material. These guys are CLEAN. It was all done in one day and I have a fairly large ranch (2100sf). You'd be an idiot not to hire them. I'm a customer for life!
