From Drip to Dream: Plumbing Makeover
At Tex-Oma Commercial Plumbing LLC, we take immense pride in transforming our clients' plumbing systems to ensure their homes run smoothly. Recently, we had the pleasure of assisting a client who faced significant plumbing issues that challenged their daily comfort and convenience.
The Before: A Troubling Situation
Our client, Samuel Bruce, reached out to us expressing his concerns about the state of their plumbing. Like many homeowners, Samuel experienced a myriad of issues that left him feeling frustrated and uncertain. The problems included persistent leaks, inadequate water pressure, and some outdated fixtures that simply weren't functioning properly. With the holidays approaching, Samuel felt an urgent need to address these plumbing issues and restore comfort in his home.
Our Approach: Expert Solutions
When Samuel contacted us, our team was eager to help. Knowing the importance of functional plumbing systems in maintaining a comfortable home, we promptly scheduled a visit to assess the situation.
During our inspection, we identified several key areas for improvement:
- Leak Repairs: We pinpointed multiple sources of leaks throughout the plumbing system that needed immediate attention.
- Fixture Upgrades: Samuel’s outdated faucets and fixtures made it difficult to maintain the proper flow of water. We recommended modern replacements to enhance both functionality and aesthetics.
- Water Pressure Solutions: After testing the water pressure, we determined adjustments were necessary to ensure optimal flow throughout the home.
Equipped with a comprehensive plan, our skilled technicians swiftly got to work. We replaced old pipes and fixtures with high-quality materials, ensuring longevity and reliability. Throughout the process, we maintained clear communication with Samuel, ensuring he felt involved and informed about each step.
The After: A Successful Transformation
The results were nothing short of impressive. Samuel's plumbing system was transformed from a source of frustration to one of seamless functionality. To put it into his own words:
> “This is a generationally owned family company that takes pride in their work on and off the clock. They treat customers like they are working on their own home... All around great company from the most knowledgeable owner in the business down to his kids executing and continuing his work! 10/10.”

Washer Installation: A Pristine Transformation
Washer Installation: A Pristine Transformation
At Tex-Oma Commercial Plumbing LLC, we take pride in every project we undertake, no matter how big or small. Recently, we had the opportunity to work with Doreen Cruz, who recently purchased a new washer and dryer. Doreen reached out to us because the existing faucets leading to the washer needed replacement, presenting a unique challenge that required our expertise.
The Before: A Plumbing Challenge
When Doreen contacted us, she described the old plumbing system's issues. The faucets were outdated, and the copper pipes were deteriorating. Additionally, due to the nature of the installation, it was necessary to remove both the sheet rock and paneling to access the plumbing. Doreen expressed her frustration with previous experiences with plumbers who opted for brute force methods instead of thoughtful solutions. She wanted to ensure her home would be treated with care.
Our Approach: Precision and Care
Our team quickly swung into action. We understood that this was not just about replacing old faucets but also about enhancing the entire surrounding plumbing system. The process involved:
1. Assessment: We thoroughly examined the existing setup, paying close attention to the piping and overall structure.
2. Planning: We developed a detailed plan to replace the old copper pipes with modern, high-tech piping materials. This new approach promised greater durability and efficiency.
3. Execution: Our skilled plumber, Brittany, took the lead on the project. She is known for her meticulous work and attention to detail. With precision, she cut and removed the old pipes, ensuring minimal disruption to the surrounding structures while preparing for the new installation.
4. Restoration: Following the installation, Brittany painstakingly put everything back together, restoring the walls and paneling to their original condition.
The After: A Happy Customer
The transformation was not just physical; it was evident in the satisfaction of our client. Doreen was thrilled with the final outcome and expressed her gratitude in a heartfelt review.
> “Let us begin with a quick statement of TRUTH … We feel like we won the lottery with Tex-Oma!! … Brittany, who in our opinion is an awesome beast of a Plumber… She put everything back to pristine condition.”
Doreen's words resonate with our team's philosophy: to combine technical proficiency with a personal touch.
