My experience was horrible!
First of all, Tony came to do an estimate and emailed us the following day for $495 quote for installing two faucets, 1 kitchen faucet, and bath tub shower head. We were fine with the quote and proceed in booking the appointment the following week. Meanwhile I discovered on yelp that the company is doing a 10% off promotion for services. I called and spoke to the lady about the 10% discount that i saw on Yelp, she said no problem, she will put a note to my account and that they will apply that toward the final bill. I was happy that they are easy to work with and honor the discount that they listed on yelp. However, on the day of service, I called again to reconfirm the total bill as I need to prepare a check for them when they finish the job. The lady told me, oh, that $495 already included the 10% discount. I told her where on the invoice does it say? NOWHERE. I explained to her that i called the week before and they had agreed to provide 10% discount because it is what its listed on yelp. But no, she said the price they quote us was included already and she saw no note on my account regarding this conversation the last week. And minutes later, I received an updated invoice with a line added "service was already included 10% discount, and original price would have been $550."
This is an alert! Regardless that 10% discount listed on yelp, they can just price it at whatever and claimed that the quote is already included the discount.
Since i did not want to wait further to get the job done, I said fine, go ahead and do the job and we will pay $495. Guess what, they ended up "up charge" another $15~30, saying that we are missing a part or whatever. When Tony came do the estimate earlier, we showed him "all the parts" that we will be installing to our faucets/bath tub. He said they are fine. I feel like the estimate doesn't really count, they just find ways to charge you more.
Also, one of the review said they clean up the area after. DID not happen to me. Our restroom was full of dust and trash after the job is done.
Couple weeks later I had to call them back to fix the stopper on one of the faucet as the stopper does not go completely up/down. I also had to replace another faucet, so I made an appointment for Tony to come by to get estimate on that and also fix the stopper. The appointment was set up to be on Monday, but no show. I called the office and the lady said there was no appointment on there. WHAT!?! I just wasted 2 hours of my morning waiting for him. However I was able to speak to Tony over the phone, he said price would be very similar to the previous job.
So, 2nd time they are in my house, they quickly fix the stopper (which still not working property even they tried to fix it). The guy only spend less than 45 min in replacing the faucet and fixing the stopper, again no clean up at all. AND they charge $150 plus another $25 for some part that needed to be purchased from them. So, basically total of $175 for an less an hour job. My husband paid for it. I was very unsatisfied of the price and also the service received. I called the office, the lady said the job is 1 hour $95 and our job should just be 1 guy coming to the house.
After all these, I hope you understand this company's quality is unknown (leaving mess and faucet not working properly), as well as the estimate they quote you is just to get your business. The end, they always find ways to charge you more. Worst is, they don't keep their promises.
I was very happy to be able to find a reputable plumbing company in the south bay from all the good reviews on yelp and angie's list. But now, I wonder if those reviews are all fake.....

My sink was backing up, a mess, tried everything I could to get it unclogged. No luck. Called Tony's. Mark, the plumbing technician, was there, ON TIME. He was friendly and polite from the beginning. Looked at the mess and got right to work.
Long story short, he got my sink draining again. Was spot on with the problem (don't ask), ANNNDDD, took care of a problem with my shower valve while he was there. Also told me what to expect in the future.
I am very satisfied with the service, cost, and professionalism of Tony's plumbing and, in particular, Mark the plumber. Have a problem with your drains, call Tony's. I will.

Tony and his crew have worked on my house in San Pedro for years. They are responsive, show up when they say they will and do excellent work. Their scheduler is also helpful and friendly, and follows up when needed. I would not call anyone else.

Called this morning about a leaking dishwasher. After describing what we thought was the problem, we were given a two hour window and a generally quote. Mark showed up on time and quickly assessed and fixed the problem. Mark was professional and knowledgeable. We will be calling Tony's Plumbing again when we need a plumber and we will be recommending them to others.

Okay, so Tony is like the Vince Lombardi of plumbing professionals. If you ever read "When Pride Mattered" you'll get the analogy. Suffice it to say that this is the company you want to handle your gravity flow challenges. I had some fairly beguiling Golem in the Gears stuff going on with my plumbing. Not the easy slow drain leaking faucet stuff. I mean like just weird annoying noisy funky stuff like "what the heck is that ...?". Well Tony's sent over their in house McGyver guy, John. It took him a few minutes but I have say; problem solved.
If you want to check off the "find an honest, professional really really good plumber" entry on your to do list. This is a no brainer. Call Tony's

We've used Tony's before and have had the owners son, as well as today, Mark. So far, each one of them seem to be very knowledgeable about their trade. Additionally, their staff is very courteous and helpful. Today we needed a toilet to be reset and sealed and a part that was corroded, replaced. Luckily, Mark had the part in his truck and was able to do the job in a timely matter. I've found this family run business to be very reputable and reasonable. Will definitely continue to use them in the future!
