True Duct was very punctual and completed job as described no hidden cost!! Would recommend!

I use thumbtack pretty often and I have never had a problem until I hired this company. I would not recommend this company. You pay for what you get so I understand the service was degraded probably because I chose the cheapest company. However, that does not equate for the poor professionalism. First, the two gentlemen tasked for the job just opened my door and walked in, did not ring the door bell or knock. They left a mess after the job, they left screws out of a few of my vents as well, the work area was dirty. ( My wife saw that is was a mess by signed off so she could get the kids) They did not clean all the vents that was agreed upon, they set my personal ladder up and didn’t bother to take it down and put it away. My furnace has stopped working since they have left. I’ve called and talked to them a few times and they have pretty much said they don’t know what’s wrong and have no empathy to a family with no heat and two small children especially when it’s been snowing and in the teens at night. I decided to hire someone to look at our furnace ( I did not trust this company to right their wrongs) the person who came to look at our furnace concluded it was this companies fault and they had pulled some wires in our furnace that did not need to be touched to do the duct cleaning. If you are looking for a duct cleaning company, I highly suggest just pay more and hire anyone but this company. It’s not worth the headache. They claimed they did not touch our wires…I have pictures of one of the employees hands on the wires and I also have a text message picture that the same employee texted my wife showing her “mold” on the wires in our furnace. ******UPDATE******* The owner Brad called and made the situation right. He was very professional expressed empathy and did everything to correct the situation. Thanks Brad!

Saul had excellent communication and provided a great service. The team came earlier than scheduled (great for me!) and had professional equipment. Both guys were careful to cover their shoes since it was a little wet outside and explained everything step by step. I can already tell a difference in the air. I have already referred a friend and I won't hesitate to have True Ducts back again when I need service.
