True Ducts was very responsive and contacted me when they were running late, which I very much appreciated.

Upon arrival, I offered them shoe covers but they also had theirs which was impressive as most technicians come without any.

They were thorough and cleaned up after themselves. I will definitely use True Ducts again.

Contractor showed up earlier. They did a good job in timely manner.

I highly recommend True Ducts as they did a great job cleaning the ducts of my single family home. They responded to my request promptly. All the work and costs are listed clearly upfront. The appointment was a breeze and they kept me posted with arrival time. I will definitely use them again.

I’m thrilled with the duct cleaning and thorough investigation of our system (they found mold! And rectified it all). The team members were all so great to work with and thorough in detailing what the cleaning entailed. No surprises, punctual, quality work and super responsive. They even recommended someone to do some duct work that was recommended. Thanks Inri and team!
