Alex was great from start to finish. Responded within 30 minutes to my project request. Arrived on time at agreed time and had all supplies to finish the job. My parents needed some work done on their home, so we called and someone went out to complete the inspection and provide an estimate. We accepted and asked that permits be pulled to begin the work, 8 weeks later and no work has initiated. I have called numerous times to try to figure out the status of permits and only got one reply “yes and still working on it.” No other follow ups , no returned calls , didn’t even have the courtesy to say that the company was too overwhelmed with work to complete the job . Don’t expect professionalism and much less for something be done in a timely manner.
