I had a poor recent experience with this company. I hired them to clean my chimney before I moved out of town. Though the house had already been sold and we were not planning to make major improvements, the head technician insisted on giving me a detailed overview of all the ways he would "fix" the chimney. When he and his assistant finally got around to cleaning, they did an okay job but left me with an open flue that would not close and that made my living room cold. Fortunately my husband was able to wrench it closed again, but not without major effort. The bill says they inspected the fireplace and flue. Clearly, they did not make sure the flue was working before they departed. On the positive side, the techs were poilte and affable and did a good clean up afterward. Others have had a good experience so perhaps mine was a fluke, but make sure you specify what you want on the front end.

They installed our wood insert, liner and sealed the chimney crown 4 years ago. We have had them come back each year for a sweep and clean. Our insert works great and we trust their employees in our home. good stuff!

We had a chimney liner installed and some concrete masonry done on the top of the chimney with chimney covers added. The price was around the other estimates. The workers came and were very efficient. They cleaned up when they left and everything looks to be correctly and professionally installed. Can't complain.

Awful. We made an appointment with them to have someone come by to do an estimate for some repointing and brick repair we needed done on our chimneys and the rear wall on our house. My husband had to take off work in order to be home in time for the appointment time we were given - the guy showed up almost an hour late, spent all of about 5 minutes looking around, and then never even bothered to send us an estimate. Completely unprofessional and a huge waste of time.

I don't have access to Angie's list and it was hard to find company/people doing good masonry work. My neighbor had her chimney completely re-done by this company and she recommended me for masonry work. I needed stucco repair on the wall at about 40 feet high so I had to find someone who can set up scaffolding too. It was tough job but this company did excellent job. Steve Rodgers who did the work was very friendly, professional and on time for job to be completed. The price for the repair was half of the estimates I got from other companies, and it was about the same was what my handyman (who doesn't have a license but honest and good at small job) gave me. I highly recommend this company for masonry work.
