I obtained quotes from several companies for the installation of a new gas fireplace. I worked with Stefan at American Professional and not only was his quote the least expensive, but he was the easiest to work with and most personable. It was clear to me that he actually wanted to do a good job, and wasn't just going through the motions. He did not try to upsell me on anything and his estimate was the most detailed, which allowed me to pick and choose the things I wanted him to do based on cost. Stefan was also very knowledgeable not only on Heat n' Glo fireplaces (which they sell) but also the Kozy Heat I ended up buying. He and his installers knocked out the whole installation in an afternoon and were courteous and clean.

We contacted at least half a dozen companies prior and they either 1) did not show up or 2) never sent quote or 3) came up with ridiculous amount of work and 4) overpriced. Welcome to this team. Courteous, professional, gave us for the first time a real understanding of the different options and we were able to understand what was best for us. They even had brochures to see the options in finer detail. Between the first appointment and the job done, we were done in no time. Something that took us over a year to begin with others! Payment options was also perfect for us. Tip: Let them know what use you want for the chimney (decorative, to heat the home? Etc). Anything else you want to do to that chimney aesthetics wise? They do it all. Thank you Stefan and team for being amazing!
