Clear Choice installed a new roof on my home in August 2018. They were the first to give me an estimate. Michael Ludlow suggested that I have my home owner's insurance company check the roof out for hail damage. He was correct and the new roof was covered by my insurance (Liberty Mutual) except for the deductible, of course.
Michael was great at explaining my roofing options and addressing my concerns. I had lots of questions as this was my first new roof.
The crew showed up on time, worked hard and cleaned up after themselves.
The roof looks great and I'm very happy with the Owens Corning white shingles that were used. The gutters were replaced and are much better than the previous ones.
The upstairs was definitely cooler after the white shingles along with the solar turbines were installed.
If you'll remember in September 2018, the skies opened up and we had rain almost every day that month. I didn't have any leaks then, nor have I had any leaks during the six months since the roof was installed. Very happy camper here!!!

This Clear Choice review is months overdue. The quality service and execution of the contract was excellent, and I think it deserves a shout out. From the first appointment when Ruben, the sales rep, came to inspect my roof, explain the process, time delay, different options and answer my questions, to when the work was completed, Ruben remained available to provide solutions. My roof was damaged during Hurricane Harvey last year, and some of the roofers I called then refused to even consider repairing a leak. I wasn't ready to replace the entire roof, but Clear Choice did an excellent job repairing that leak, and I remembered them a few months later when ready for a complete new roof. Their bid wasn't the least expensive, but it was competitive, and their professionalism, from the field crew to the office staff, was by far the best.

I've passed their contact to two of my friends and will continue to do so when the opportunity presents itself. P.S., Ruben was VERY helpful and patient with my need to match the color of the shingles to the color of my new garage doors. Bravo and thanks!

Working with Clear Choice Roofing was awesome. My estimate contact was Mike, and he answered emails and texts at all times of the day or night, even though I never needed him to. He was concerned about service and they matched another company's pre-steel-tariff estimate after the tariffs were in place. They also assured me they knew how money would work through the insurance and mortgage companies before I even asked. They worked with me on my schedule, starting exactly when they said, and finishing at their earliest estimate. They even worked with my plumber to make sure some venting repairs could happen while the roof was being redone. And I have a beautiful copper colored metal roof now. Yay!

Unexpectedly, both their bank and my bank changed their policies about three-party checks AND my insurance company dropped the ball twice on getting my claim money to me (apparently an employee left the insurance company and didn't poss their work off). Throughout all this, Clear Choice was polite and considerate about payment. Eventually, I had to meet Carrie at my bank to get the check deposited so I could pay them. It was messy, but they were always professional about it.

If there was any thing I wish they'd done that they didn't do was to let me know that I'd be picking up bits of roof detritus for a while out of my yard. My father-in-law's roofing company in another town told him, "we're going to do our best to clean up everything, but you'll probably be picking up pieces that we missed for a while." That's been the case in my yard for sure, but it's just small bits of plastic and roof tile that I happen to see.

After all the heavy rain over the past few weeks, our roof developed a leak. I contacted Clear Choice based on the Yelp reviews. Their representative Mike gave me a call to setup an appointment to inspect the roof. He arrived right on time, looked at the roof and came to the conclusion that it should be replaced. The roof was sixteen years old, so this was no surprise. I had met with three other contractors but Mike was by far the most knowledgable, explained what needed to be done, what materials would be used and returned to meet with the insurance adjuster. Clear Choice did exactly what they said they would do. The crew arrived on time, covered everything, AC compressor, landscaping, deck, removed all the old material, cleaned up everything and the roof was replaced in a day. A very impressive, hard working crew. Roofing is a hard, labor intensive job. But a good roofing job which will hold up against all kinds of weather requires attention to details. These guys really got it right. The job they did was truly outstanding and yes, beyond my expectations. We now have a new roof, that looks great and I'm confident it will keep us dry for a very long time. I was very pleased with this company. If you are looking for a reliable, competent roofer, then Clear Choice is your best choice.

We were so bought into this one roofer and was about to pull the trigger but Gavin at clear choice roofing totally stole the show, he killed it on price, he killed it on service, he worked with all of our crazy demands and even did a bit of non roof related side work for cheap. All in all this man gives you the best materials for the best price so these guys truly are 100% value.
