I can't give a five star because they didn't perform any work for me, but that's also why they get four stars. I had a small leak in my roof and they came out and told me I didn't need a roof explain why I had the leak and said I was good for a while still. gave me an idea of when I might expect to do a roof and pointed out some things I can do to extend the life. As a tradesman myself I appreciate The people that tell you not to spend money and why. I definitely will be calling them for my roofing needs going forward thanks again.

Mike and Shane are awesome. Knowledgeable, patient and very fair pricing. Walked me through what repairs were recommended and what weren't. They took the time to explain why and how the roof is supposed to work. Even took the time to explain it a second time so i could follow.

Lots of roofers to choose from in Austin but these guys are the real deal. If you're doing work, do you're self a favor and have them come out and take a look.

When it comes to finding honest dependable contractors, it's like trying to find a needle in a haystack. I've had some bad experiences in the past. I took a recommendation from a friend to use clear choice and I can say I'm so glad I Did! Roofing is a big expense, but they were honest from the very beginning on what I needed without trying to sell me on what I didn't. I called four roofing companies to give me a bid to replace my roof. I knew I had to pay to replace the roof myself, so I was trying to get the lowest possible bid. Gavin, the owner, drove up; looked at the roof from the ground and said he could get my insurance company to pay for the cost to replace the roof. Because he was an insurance adjustor he was able to explain in intricate details how the insurance companies evaluate a roof claim. I signed a contract for him to do the job with the understanding that he must be there when my insurance adjustor comes, and if the insurance company would not pay for the roof our contact was void. My insurance company paid for the roof replacement. Garvin waited patiently while I replaced the fascia and siding on the house. I did the work myself, so I had no way of hauling off the old sidings and other building materials. Gavin took the old sidings and the other building materials to the dump at no charge. He removed two old solar panels and hauled them off to the dump as well at no charge. He said his crew has been with him for nine years. The work is outstanding and the attitude from him to the office to the crew is also outstanding. I made a great choice, pun intended.

My wife and I recently purchased a home that needed a new roof. We had used Clear Choice Roofing for a very small repair at our previous house after a bad storm. After getting a few quotes, I remembered having used Gavin and the Clear Choice team previously and called them out. Gavin came out and gave a very detailed description of the product, his experience and the services they would provide. They came in well under other quotes we got, where the companies were doing less work. Ultimately, Clear Choice upgraded our insulation, did an entire re-roof and put up gutters. They were communicative during the process. They re-roofed the entire house in one day. Showed up early in the morning, as described and did a great job. Found just a few nails and things, even after they used the magnet to pick up, but that's simply expected. We also got to test out the new roof right away, as it was installed on a Tuesday, then it rained all day Wednesday and Thursday night it turned to snow. Got up in the attic on Friday and not a single wet spot or drip of rain that we could see. Plus, it's a 25 year roof with a Platinum Owens Corning dealer, who back the warranty should Clear Choice ever go out of business. As someone who has had the experience of dealing with unscrupulous contractors before that stole our money before the job was finished, one of the things that I really appreciated about Clear Choice was that they didn't want any money until the job was finished. They came out 2 weeks before they even started on the roof to do the insulation and then did the whole roof and gutters on good faith.
