Storm Damage? Our Roofing Fixes It!

Storm Damage? Our Roofing Fixes It! At Clear Choice Roofing, our aim is to provide reliable solutions for all roofing needs, big or small. Recently, we had the pleasure of assisting Sheryl Z. with a roof repair that resulted from storm damage to her neighbor's shed. This project highlights our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction when it matters most. Before: The Challenge of Finding Quality Roofing Services Sheryl initially struggled with finding a contractor willing to take on smaller jobs after a severe storm caused a tree to fall on her neighbor's shed. Many roofing companies she reached out to either lacked the necessary insurance or refused to take on projects under $750. Among the roofers she consulted, Ace Roofing turned her away, stating that the job was beneath their minimum requirements. Not only was Sheryl disheartened by the lack of responses, but she also felt uneasy about the recommendations she received. When she finally connected with a few options, such as Tex Roofing, the proposals weren’t thorough, and important components like underlayment were overlooked. Our Solution: Expert Assessment and Competitive Bidding When Sheryl reached out to us at Clear Choice Roofing, our team promptly scheduled a visit for a thorough assessment. We pride ourselves on our meticulous approach, and this situation was no different. Our roofer arrived and conducted a comprehensive inspection of the damage, providing Sheryl with a detailed quote that clearly listed the materials we intended to use – something other contractors missed. We understand that transparency is crucial in our field, especially with projects that have been complicated by a storm. After a little negotiation, we offered a competitive bid, which helped Sheryl feel confident in our abilities. We also prioritized speed, fitting her into our schedule to provide immediate relief to her neighbor's shed. After: Quality Workmanship and Customer Satisfaction Despite a slight delay on the first day of work, which we ensured was communicated promptly, our team made up for it with exceptional results. The installation included underlayment, which Sheryl later learned was absent from previous bids. This detail proved essential for the long-term durability and functionality of the roof. In the end, both Sheryl and her neighbor were pleased with the results. Sheryl shared her gratitude, stating, > "Anyway, she was happy with the results, so I am happy (as it is her shed.) So I would recommend Clear Choice." This glowing review not only reflects our commitment to quality but also emphasizes the friendly and professional service we strive to provide at every step of the project.
