Level Lawns treated our lawn in the spring of 2013. The service was totally unsatisfactory. The top dressing killed large areas of our lawn and did not level our lawn. A service visit added more top dressing which killed even more of our lawn. The level lawn representatives said the problem was "freak of nature" and suggested we call our insurance company for help. Can you believe that customer service ??? A letter was written to the owner with photos showing problems we experienced. We received no answer to our letter and repeated phone call. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!

Unprofessional and poor service. Continuously selling you. Poor cleanup. Much better options out there.

Owner called me back next day after I told him about the issues with the quality of the river sand. He is rectifying the problem by having his crew come back out and pick up all the larger stones. He is also dropping off more river sand to I can level off the low spots that couldn't be addressed on the initial sanding because it would kill the grass. So while the Sand wasn't all that great, the staff, crew, and owner all value the customer. If there is an issue, it will be addressed.

Level Lawns wrote a contract to sand and aerate up to 3000 square feet of my lawn for $750. When the crew showed up to do the work, I showed them the front and back yard which measures approx 2900 sq. ft. The crew leader said "Well we are here to just do the front yard". I told him the lady at the company assured me they would do both back and front provided it doesn't exceed 3000 feet. The crew leader complained that he didnt bring enough sand but would try to do the back. They came to my door after completing only the front and demanded full payment for a job that was half completed. I paid them $600 and told them to come back with more sand and I would pay the remainder. Three weeks later, I get a call from one of the biggest jerks I have ever dealt with in business named Cary McCallum. Mr.McCallum refused to listen to my side of the story and repeatedly threatened me. It made me so angry that I purchased the domain name http://Levellawnssucks... and I'm currently building a website about my experience. I am thrilled with the service this year. Not only did I arrange for scalping, aeration and top-dressing, but I also had Leven Lawns install my sprinkler system. Everything turned out fabulously!! As promised, the owner (Cary) was on-site during the sanding process. His crew did an amazing job even with the challenges resulting from installation of the sprinkler system. I am extremely happy with this process. I will definitely use Level Lawns every year to help keep my lawn looking its best!! This company cares and will do what it takes to make its customers happy!!
