From the start when I spoke with Michael upon viewing my home for upgrading my furnace which had gone out, and adding A/C to my 60yr old home they Eric, Ray and Dylan all were competent in their ability to get it done. I had several other HVAC folks come over and basically tell me in order to add A/C to my home I would need to have the Line-set A/C lines run thru the ceiling of my living room! Not an ideal thing to have un-sightly lines thru the interior of the home. Straight Shooter was able to run those lines thru the short attic space with little to no fan fare. Kudos to the all these guys I mentioned, They are the real deal. 👏🏼

Straight Shooter is a Five - star firm We recently hired these fine folks to provide an estimate and replace a 40 year old failing system. Within 24 hrs of calling for an appointment, we had an inspection by Rich, who provided several options from part replacement on the old system to full replacement with several levels of equipment. A few hours later we met with Scott who was able to provide detailed proposals with a range of equipment of different efficiencies. We shook hands, and agreed to an installation date within 48 of the initial call. The installation crew (Louise, Oscar and Chris) arrived being well organized, providing a clean and safe working environment for their crew. This was not an easy site to work in since the equipment was outside (and it was raining) on a very steep slope. Even with those conditions, these three folks completed the installation within 4 1/2 hours. These are the guys who completed the 'heavy lifting' through removal of the old furnace, installation of the new unit/ducts, and disposal of all materials/old equipment. Thank you Sharp Shooter!!! We could't be more pleased with the final product, as I sit in a very comfort home on this rainy and cool day in Mission Hills. Sharp Shooter checked every box for a great project, delivering a quality product on time, on budget that met the original proposal. I highly recommend that you call these folks for addressing your San Diego heating needs.

My experience was that I was truly dealing with professionals. My neighbor called them to work on their system and they were so satisfied they recommended we give them a try. That turned out to be a good idea. Background: I had called a different company when my heater would not turn on. The OTHER company sold me an $800 inducer motor and said I needed to have the exhaust stack rebuilt ($2,000). Well, the motor didn't fix the problem, and I said no to the quote. I also never answered their calls again. The folks at Straight Shooter were all professionals, from the rep who initially looked at my furnace to the two fellas who came to install a new furnace a mine was hitting the twelve-year mark. At no time did I ever think they were trying to fool me or 'reel me in', so to speak. When the ceiling had to be cut and opened up to get the old unit out (in pieces even) I could ee that no one was happy about it but, the ceiling was opened and the old unit removed. That wasn't remarkable. Not wanting to leave a job done poorly, one of the reps told me he would fix it properly. I won't go into the details but, he went above and beyond in the level of workmanship that he put into the solution. Excellent! We talked about painting over the wood 'frame' he constructed but I will only paint the part you remove to crawl through. The wood he used looks great! OK, I am not that easy to convince so, I got a ladder and entered the attic. They had rebuilt the flooring from the access to the furnace. Before it was loose plywood and a few 2 x 4's. Not now... solid deck. The place was also cleaned up better than when they got there.

No joke. These guys are good. My neighbor recommended them to me and now I am recommending them to you. The folks I spoke to and dealt with; they have their ---- together. If / when I need help again, they'll get the call.
