I was searching for a company that would service our gas fireplaces and I took my chances with APCM. They were prompt, professional and clean. David and Jonathan did a good job. When I had a question about the operation of the remote over a weekend, I was walked through the steps by a wonderful guy named Stefan on FaceTime! I couldn't ask for anything more! My boiler and hot water heater were shutting off in the coldest week. It was a chimney problem and American Chimney came out right away! They rearranged their schedule and had the hot water and heat on before it went down in the teens. Very knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and I thought their prices were reasonable. American Professional Chimney recently replaced the flue in my 4th floor condo. While we all thought it would be a straight forward replacement, it turned into a much more complicated project due to the poor engineering of the condo building. Manuel and his men effectively and efficiently worked through the structural issues and ultimately were able to perform the full flue replacement. They worked diligently while also keeping me informed of the process, along with anything they needed on my end. Stephan, the operations manager also kept me informed of the overall process and timeline, especially when it went beyond the original scope of the job. I plan to have American Professional Chimney come to my new home to inspect my chimney and do any necessary work. I highly recommend them for any of your chimney or masonry needs!

American Professional Chimney did a great job relining two chimneys in November/December 2021. Alex and his crew were on time, efficient, courteous and knowledgeable. And they cleaned up beautifully after each day's work. I will definitely contact them again if I need more chimney work.

The folks at American Professional live up to their name - they are very professional in everything they do! They were the only company we called out that had the technology required to provide an accurate estimate. They used a long pole camera to show us the interior of the chimney to assess it's current state, and took video and pictures from the roof top to show the exterior. They are very thorough! Genaro, the stone mason, is the star of the operation. His work was meticulous! His team rebuilt our chimney better than it was before and used the right materials for the job. They also rebuilt the back of our fireplace so we don't have to worry about fire hazards! Genaro and his team were so good, we hired them to redo our sidewalk and porch, fill in holes and cracks around our home's exterior, and completely rebuild the wall holding up our driveway. He alerted us to structural issue and dedicated himself to doing the job the right way. This team takes no shortcuts - they only offer the best work. American Professional is worth every penny! And they were the cheapest estimate we got!
