You're correct this happened the previous year - I didn't write this at the time it happened and wasn't going to until I repeatedly received requests from your company to review your company, which I thought ironic. No one ever apologized until your response here on yelp. A little late especially if you knew about all this when it was happening - where were you at that time? If it were my business I would've been on the phone to the client ASAP at the very least apologizing. Waiting until there is a negative review on a public forum to apologize to a customer is not a true apology it's a CYA move. This confirms my feelings as to your business and why I share this story whenever I'm asked for a recommendation for a chimney company.

As we prepared to sell our house in mid 2023, we wanted our chimney serviced for a cleaning and inspection. APC&M responded promptly and came over within a few days. The representative was very neat, worked fast, asked us pertinent questions, and took no longer than an hour. Luckily our chimney was a bit dirty but in good shape. He cleaned up after himself and we were very pleased at how easy and smooth the whole experience went. Cost was very reasonable too and I never felt like they were trying to upsell me anything.
