I have been a LL customer for over 6 years and thing have gradually gone downhill in past 3 and I am leaving them for good. The last aeration they did was just horrendous and I had to pay out of my pocket to correct the damage they did by repairing on my own. It needs to be said that this company uses very cheap labor to do the implementation of their work. And it shows every time. Every single time. While I understand when you aerate a lawn, it does become a little bit damaged, but the last time we did this it was unbelievably bad and had to have them come out and do more spot treatments and they even more damage to the lawn. The owners told me to identify the areas that needed help and put temporary flags in place and all I got was a lawn that was completely mutilated and all my flags run over and stomped on the ground like the team was very angry that had to come out and do it again. And let's not even talk about the weeds that I am dealing with from their "premium seed"....Levellawn, you've lost my business for good.

I recently hired this company to help save my Zoysia sod that I had installed a few years ago . It looked horrible after it was laid down. I happened to find this company very professional unlike some of the reviews that I came across, which did make me weary at first but after setting up a quote they seemed very informative and they didnt take advantage of me when i asked them to overseed my fescue in the back. They were honest and said that its not the right time they recommended doing it in the fall instead. (which I found to be rather upstanding) I went on to schedule with them which was hassle free and they finished sanding my lawn last week. I am eager to see the difference their service makes on my front yard. I will be sure to call them for my back yard later this year. From start to finish it was a pleasant experience. I would recommend them to everyone that wants to deal with a nice and professional local company!

Level Lawns wrote a contract to sand and aerate up to 3000 square feet of my lawn for $750. When the crew showed up to do the work, I showed them the front and back yard which measures approx 2900 sq. ft. The crew leader said "Well we are here to just do the front yard". I told him the lady at the company assured me they would do both back and front provided it doesn't exceed 3000 feet. The crew leader complained that he didnt bring enough sand but would try to do the back. They came to my door after completing only the front and demanded full payment for a job that was half completed. I paid them $600 and told them to come back with more sand and I would pay the remainder. Three weeks later, I get a call from one of the biggest jerks I have ever dealt with in business named Cary McCallum. Mr.McCallum refused to listen to my side of the story and repeatedly threatened me. It made me so angry that I purchased the domain name http://Levellawnssucks.c... and I'm currently building a website about my experience.

This company is by far the best service I have experienced in a long time. I called for a quote after they sent me one of their newspapers and a guy came out and looked at my yard and gave me a quote. It was the easiest process from start to finish. The workers that came to my home were very nice and did a wonderful job. My yard looks GREAT!!!! I will use Level Lawns every year. I recommend them to everyone!

I would rate them less than one star if I could. They did a terrible job on my lawn. I called them back twice, but they made few, if any, improvements. Right now I have spent a large sum of money for a job that was never completed and they will not return my calls. The last time they came out they tried to blame me for not watering enough even though I watered every day as they instructed me to do. Lousy work and lousy customer service. I have asked for some of my money back, but I don't expect anything from these shysters.

I have received the overseer service for years. The seed has had very limited growth even watering as instructed. In years past multiple Appointments were missed and rescheduled only after I called to rescheduled. The team arrived this year and wanted to reschedule because they had no gas in their equipment. I gave them gas to complete the over seeding. I called to let them know the seeds show very limited growth. I held the payment because of past performance issues. I have now made the payment but will not use their service in the future.
