If I could give them a zero rating I would. Totally unsatisfied with the results. I had their full services treatment completed week of April 9th. I have been waiting to see some improvement before posting this review. The lawn is full of humps and bumps, bare spots and weeds and is in worse condition than it was before they did their "proprietary process". Started with the scalping/aeration team - watch their videos, in those they go very slowly to ensure most of the clippings are picked up - this team went full speed and more clippings came out the back than were gathered. When it rained, I would get rivers of clippings flowing across the yard which would form hard ridges - took weeks of raking and bagging with my mower to get rid of same. Then the "heavy aeration" again watch the video's - looks great, hand pushed equipment in the tighter spots - not this crew - ride on equipment only and missed a lot of the lawn. A few days later the top dressing team arrived (weather delay), the "mix" of organic material and sand - proved to be nothing more than sand, which is also full of little stones. They top dressed and dragged the yard, recommended I stay off of it and water every other day for two weeks. I have kept foot traffic to a minimum, watered every other day for over a month and the results are a lawn than looks horrible. The grass is not filling in, but the weeds are. This was a very expensive waste of money. I do not recommend this company or their process.

A repeat customer but no more. Like several reviews here we found their service to go downhill over the last several years. Their scheduling and materials delivery systems are now very poor. The delivered service was eventually satisfactory but the entire top dressing process took five days (normally 1-2). They did make their initial scheduled date but could not finish. They then could not meet their next scheduled dates and/or failed to deliver enough material to complete in one visit. Another job was started and completed in our very own neighborhood during this time while ours remained in-progress! Calls to find out what was happening were met with indifference bordering on hostility for bothering them. No "make-good" was offered. Very deplorable performance. They need to learn that repeat customers are the most important to keep. They lost this one. If you choose to use them then be prepared to be a lot more flexible on scheduling and completion than you may ordinarily expect.

I had my lawn sanded by Level Lawns and it's looking great now. Not sure what kind of fertilizer they used but it came in green as can be and a lot smoother. I was worried at first when it looked like a beach! Still a few spots I'll need to touch up but it is 100% better.

Can not get anyone to answer the phones or call back. Horrible customer service. This company should be closed down.

I asked for the Core Aeration Overseeding with Premium Tall Fescue Seed Starter Fertilizer Application Top Dressing with Compost Second layer of Overseeding with Premium Starter Fertilizer which was $968.50. Day if the job I watched from my work on my house cameras and it was just a lazy job. Came home to an not uniformed application of the seed or top dressing. Called/Emailed and no response. Save your money and get it done for a third of the price. .....they just emailed me back after posting this review.....more to come.

I wish there was a zero rating. Paid $4500 to get my lawn leveled and they had to come out a second time to fill in the depressions in the yard. Assured us that as the grass grew it would look flat/level. Five months later the lawn looks like it was never worked on. Called the contact and he said that they don't guarantee that the lawn will ever be completely level My yard looks exactly the same as it did before the work was done. IF YOU WANT TO THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY CALL THEM TO GET YOUR YARD WORKED ON. A TOTAL RIP OFF.
